Data we process
We process account data, publication settings, imported subscriber records, source URLs, fetched item metadata, draft issues, send jobs, and email events needed to operate the product.
Subscriber data
Subscriber data is used only to provide newsletter operations for the workspace that imported it. You should import only contacts with appropriate consent.
Service providers
Digest Ops relies on infrastructure, authentication, database, AI, and email delivery providers. These providers process data only as required to provide the service.
Retention
Workspace owners can remove subscribers and archive publications. Operational logs may be retained for abuse prevention, billing, and reliability.
